What is your return policy?
LiLLE Cover Company gladly accepts returns of unused, unwashed merchandise for a full refund within 30 days from the time of delivery.
Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged and original shipping charges are not refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and for the LiLLE team to process your refund.
Can I exchange an item?
In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
Is there a return fee?
No, all returns postmarked within 30 days of order delivery are free. Just send us an email and we'll send you a return label.
Can I return a final sale item?
Final sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions, please email our customer service team at email@example.com before placing your order.
What is your gift return/exchange policy?
If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer merchandise credit for the return. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
Can I return multiple orders in the same return package?
You will need a separate return label for each order. The LiLLE Cover Company team will email return labels for each shipment. You will not receive a proper refund or credit if multiple orders are returned in one shipment.
What if I received damaged merchandise?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If you’ve received damaged goods please email a photo of your order to email@example.com with a description of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed photos and your report you will receive return shipping instructions from the LiLLE team. Damaged merchandise must be shipped back in order to receive replacement. If the replacement is not in stock you have the option to wait for restock or a refund. Your refund will be processed 5-7 business days after your item(s) arrive at our warehouse.
